Teachers, you can make a difference

Home  /  Appeals  /  Current Page

We have come to the point in our charities journey when we see the need for a person to give some time to living and working with our charity in El Borj on a more permanent basis. We are thinking along the lines of a teacher who wants to take a 6 month to 1 year commitment working abroad. You would be working with the teachers in the Pre-school and continuing a mentoring programme with them (We know that 1 week per year is not enough to make the difference we want to achieve) You would also Oversee the charity as UK charity representative.

We are looking for someone who has a heart for children’s education, who can speak a little French or Arabic or be prepared to learn.  (You will need at least one of these languages for communication)

The charity would pay for your flights and basic accommodation. Everything else would be at your own expense.

If you are interested in this opportunity then please contact Hannah & Hmad

    Hello Hanna School Morocco,
Few days ago I came back from Morocco and I know it for sure that I want to go back and live there, hopefully next year. Ensch-el-Lah as they say.
My idea is to help Berber people, children as they are wonderful, kind, terribly poor but still happy looking. I left my heart there so I need to go back. I’d love to hear more about your projects. I’d be happy to send you my CV and any papers requires. I speak few languages incl. French and I have already started learning Arabic.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you,
    Best regards,
    Magdalena “Zahra”
